A New Year's Eve Spectacular
When Harrah's Casino came to Satarah Productions for a Glowing Festival, we were not going to turn away.

Creating Entertainment Options
When Harrah’s reached out to us in August of 2025, we were excited to come together to create an entertainment package that went above their expectations.
They wanted bright colors and glowing options with a light circus background. The challenge to ensure it didn’t take away from the feast and the band, while giving their guests a concert feeling.
The show needed show needed to happen in two of their casinos, with a consistent theme that would give their VIP guests an unforgettable experience. We got to work and created a presense that kept in mind the flow, space and overall theme for the night.
Diving Into Planning with Harrah's Casino
When we began collaboration, Harrah’s provided inspiration on some of the costumes that they desired, including:
- LED Stilt Walker Robots
- LED Flower Costumes
- LED Flow Props
- LED Aerial Equipement
Once we learned about the scene, we got hard to work and started building out all of the costumes for our circus and aerial performers alike, ensuring each one was brightly colored and glowed throughout the night that matched the aesthetic.
What we ended up providing for the casino was a total of 21 performers, 8 assistants/handlers, and 2 event managers across both locations. We also brought 2 aerial rigs, 2 lollipop lyras, and additional props and apparatuses.
Our team of performers included aerialists, LED robot stilt walkers, flower greeters, and roaming costumed characters throughout the night, all coming together to create a unique and memorable experience for guests. Whether posing for photos, getting down on the dance floor, or adding to the overall ambiance, our artists brought the party!
What's Been Happening Since NYE?
We have continued to work with Harrah’s to provide creative, unforgettable acts for their events, building a partnership that allows us to continuously bring their visions to life. This has included everything from human statues and dancers to a few undisclosed performers that will be revealed at future events.
They have been an amazing client, and we can’t wait to continue collaborating with them and bringing their event ideas to life for years to come!
